Yes! We've been doing this for quite awhile, since our niece, who has
been experimenting with raw foods, showed us how to do this! You can
also soak a few almonds in your vita-mixer (blend-tech is great, too!)
overnight, then add your fruit and greens (chard is good, too), maybe a
medjool date or two :P....in the morning, and blend all to create a
"milk" base.
