This looks great! I couldn't agree more... I was raised vegetarian (now
mostly vegan)... and as a 6 ft. tall woman, with two sons 6'4" and 6'6",
it has hardly stunted our growth! lol! Here is a website that has all
kinds of information on vegetarian/vegan diets, among other things:

This website showcases a wonderful magazine on all aspects of health,
with an archive of free articles and recipes you can read online. You
can plug in various herbs, or ailments, and read about the benefits of
natural herbs for specific conditions. Info about how to transition to
vegetarianism...improving mental health, overcoming addictions,
exercise, etc....
