If you go to you tube and type dehydrating food then you click on the lady with blond hair, she has a series of videos like 6 or 7 I think it is the 3rd or 4th that she shows how to make fruit leather, you just take a gallon ziplock bag and put duct tape on the edges so it stays put and doesn't blow out with the air from the dehydrator. then she shows how to cook like strawberries and adds some syrup then you pour it on the bag and put in the dehydrator, I made a bunch for stocking stuffers, they are good
