As a confirmation to Leslie's fine article- keeping the seeds dry can be a problem for some, but like she pointed out it's very important. You might be into larger or even bulk seed saving. Maybe you're in a club, 4H or greenhouse operation- Ebay sellers of silica desiccant pkts. that I have ordered from and know to be honest assets to Ebay:

You can do a search by seller name, and a 5 spot will get you more pkts. than most gardeners will use in 2 years.
