[Organic_Gardening] Re: Self introduction...
"organic Gardening" has been practiced for at least 6000 years. The normal way of feeding plants are as follows.
1. Any material that can decompose including meat is put INTO a bin or sometimes in the ground.
2.This is covered with soil and watered in.
3. The water will not allow mal orders to come out.
4. Buy two types of worms from bait shops. Red and Gray
5. The red usually stay in the first 18 inches of soil and will consume the material you buried
6. The Gray go much deeper usually 12 feet in some areas
7. How a worm consumes materials is thus
a. They come in contact with soil or any organic matter
b. They spew out a fungus
c. This fungus consumes the organics in the soil and breaks them down
d. The worms then consume the fungus and any dirt along with them
e. Their poop (casting) elevate the NKP in the soil when it is discharged.
8. Too much water will cause an anaerobic state with creates H2SO4, which will kill your plants. Get and maintain excellent drainage
9. Very simple to grow things.
Any other questions write to me
