[MittleiderMethodGardening] Eating Vegetables is Most Healthy - but not to extreme!
Dear Jim, I agree with you in principle, and the scriptures we share affirm this. There are some whose makeup don't do as well with little or no meat. I am an example. If I try to cut back on meat too much, I have serious medical problems, but I am the exception, rather than the rule. For most, very little meat is needed in the diet, especially if eating beans, etc. for added protein. The person who wrote in is likely in the same or a similar boat to mine, but for the vast majority, less meat, and certainly less animal fat is a very healthy choice. I think it's a case of you both being right within the locus of your perspectives. Jim, thank you for all you do for the people of the world with your teaching and your very physical labor. Certainly there could be no doubt that you are one of the Lord's chosen servants who shows for the love of Christ and sets an example for us all. Your friend, Bernie (Regrettably I'm all too human and fallible - JK)
