[MittleiderMethodGardening] Dehydration?

 

Regarding nutrition requirements I would think this would require taking too many nutrients necessary to be broke down by the sun. I think a quicker process would be necessary (or at least better - JK), Robyne

I wonder how it would work to dry them in the sun such as our grandparents used to do with apple slices? Sun dried tomatoes are a common item in the grocery store. Has anyone tried this?
