[MittleiderMethodGardening] Dehydrating - Or Not
That's true, it is so humid out, where my drying rack is. I have just picked the herbs and put them in freezer bags. I have started doing the same with my green beans I pick, wash, and cut up right into the bag. Then when I need some, I just steam them to eat. So much easier then canning them all, and they don't loose their flavor...Linda B
