After 4 years of doing the Mittleider method I can say this for sure, it out performs any other form of gardening. The KEY is to follow the directions to the letter (they are not that difficult)

Dr. Mittleider and Jim have spent literally decades perfecting the Mittleider method.

The fertilizer can be mixed directly with water OR you can place it down the center of your beds or Grow-Boxes, this is much more efficient as it get the nutrients right to the plants where it is needed.

Another very cool thing about the Mittleider method is that once you prepare your garden area correctly it becomes, in my opinion, living and food producing landscape art.
