It generally takes 1-4 hours for the list/group to be "approved" and populate itself through the servers.

I do lists; 

1) as a service, 

2) in exchange for the efforts of knowledgable members who provide the material posted.

I am merely a "list janitor." I turn on the lights, dust the chalkboards, and now and then, take out the trash. The Group is YOURS. I set things up allowing maximum member access.

If folks join and use the list, a co-owner will be required. A volunteer may be asked for. 

Enrollment will be open for a bit - eventually going to Restricted. 

1st 1 or 2 posts get moderated. IO requires this to reduce spam. (Spam reports reflect on IO and may cause hiccups with other IO groups.)
