Friends:

My wife Araksya has great cooking in her veins I believe.  Her grandfather was a famous chef in Armenia, and Araksya really has the feeling for making great dishes.

And she cooks with lots of healthy ingredients!  Most of her dishes have anywhere from 6 to 12 vegetables.

I invite you to check out her recipes at

The one you see here she did in a slow cooker for our Sunday dinner, and everyone just raved about it.

Tonight she cooked turnip leaves and I seriously thought they were as good as spinach or Swiss Chard.

Success in your garden only starts with growing good vegetables.  Knowing how to use them, and making them a regular part of a healthy, tasty diet is the thing that will help you KEEP ON growing a great garden, and enjoying the fruits of your labors - literally.

Good Eating!
