[MittleiderMethodGardening] Using Seeds from Non-Certified Source? Avoid Problems by Heat-Treating
Friends: People ask about using seeds they've received from other people. We recommend you only use seeds from a certified source. If you really want to use seeds someone has given you - to avoid bringing disease into your garden - heat-treat your seeds following instructions given in the file I've posted in the Files section above by Dr. Jacob R. Mittleider. The file is called Treating Seed with Hot Water, and I recommend everyone copy it and put it in your copy of The Mittleider Gardening Course book.
