With the books and the audio video presentations, what is missing needed for training?

I've been a Mittleider gardener since the mid 80s. Now I'm retired and would like to help others, but there is no way to make it to one of your seminars! Any other way to become certified?
We are working on producing online training materials, so that people everywhere can have access to the training. We will then handle verification and testing, etc. online and by telephone, etc. as well.
