[MittleiderMethodGardening] Re: What if My Plants Aren't Ready To Harvest When the Charts Say They are Supposed to Be Ready??

Since he is concerned about growing a second crop and obviously the growing conditions
have not been optimal inspite of his dedicated efforts, could he not sow a second crop
right now since the first crop is more than half matured.  If things continue as they have
for him, unless he acts quickly he will not have anything.

My problem is that we went from frost to hot very very quickly and now none of my
seeds planted outside are sprouting.  It was 100 yesterday and 103F last weekend.

I planted carrots and radishes 4 weeks ago and 3 weeks ago so that when my grand
daughter came she could pull some along with the beets and onions.  Well the
carrots and radishes did a no show ... not even one single plant sprouted.

Nevertheless the youngest grand daughter - a bit dangerous in the garden ... had
fun pulling beets and onions and eating what she picked.

thanks
