[MittleiderMethodGardening] Free Seedlings for the taking

Friends: We had a great time last Saturday, meeting with about 80 of you - 1/2 in the morning and 1/2 in the afternoon. Seedling Production was the subject matter, and we did not get rid of anywhere near all of our seedlings.

So, if anyone within driving distance of Idaho Falls, Idaho would like some small seedlings FREE please let us know. Here is the list:

Spinach, Kale (2 varieties), Swiss chard, broccoli, cabbage, and beets.

We also have lots of eggplant and sweet peppers (and a few tomatoes), but unless you have some protection you won't be able to hold these long enough in locations within driving distance of IF, ID

.

And if you don't think beets are worth transplanting think again! We harvest leaves off our beet plants for 6 to 8 months! And of course kale, Swiss chard, and broccoli are also long-bearing plants, so long as you keep picking leaves every few days. "come and get em"! The need to be transplanted SOON. Jim Kennard
