I want to make a comment about cementing T-frames -- Don't. I worked in the telephone industry for 20+ years and you don't see them cementing telephone poles. They don't have time and safety is an issue. They used to use a tamper to seal the hole around the pole. But now days they us a structural expanding foam. Its faster than tamping as they can set 3 poles in the time it would take to tamp and a heck of a lot faster than waiting for 'crete to dry.
GRA Services sells a product called Secure Set that I have used several times. 405-330-2395 is their phone number. They can provide a spreadsheet to calculate the volume requirements for the job.
