I have been very happy with it.
My reason for purchasing electric was ease of use and it has exceeded my hopes.
In years past, I've had the big gas Troy tiller and the little gas Mantis. They are excellent tillers however I always struggled to get them started. Hauling gas in the car was always iffy. Plus winterizing and maintenance always seemed to be a struggle for me.
It was a joy this year to pull the electric tiller out of the shed and have it instantly start with no problems. It is more powerful than the gas Mantis (in my humble opinion).
The only down side to having an electric tiller (to me) is having electric cord thrown over my shoulder while using it.
