Group: I discovered something very interesting yesterday! I'll share just the bare basics of it with you here, for any who are concerned with where "things" are going around us and worried about your long-term safety. There is a place - not only of refuge but of opportunity - and it is right in the center of the country.
Imagine a safe place where you can purchase good farm land for less than $5,000 per acre; where you can build a great home for $100,000; where you can heat and cool that home for less than $100 per month; where taxes are a small fraction of those in most cities; and where constitutional laws are still upheld and respected.
Northwestern Missouri is that place, and there are many other blessings and benefits to living there as well. Proximity to an international airport and a big city (50 miles) are minor added bonuses.
A wonderful man of vision, recently beset with debilitating health problems related to age, has devoted 18 years to creating this idyllic spot. Now it just needs good people who will build, to make it really special
