Vegetables Gardening - Growing Organic Vegetables

First, I just downloaded the free update to "The Mittleider Gardening
Course". I have NEVER, in my 60 years, had someone give a free update to a
book. They always make you buy the new edition. How do I donate to the
Foundation?

Second, are you saying on the update on page 107 to add 10% lime to the
Weekly Feed by weight (about 3 pounds with the Mittleider Magic Micro Mix)
and skip the Pre-Plant entirely? I'm assuming we are adding calcium in the
form of lime.
