Hi Evelyn,
I've heard of the Milky spore solution but I haven't tried looking for it. Rue - I have some around the house but not near my rose bushes because I also have vegetables and some herbs near the rose bushes and Rue is not a companion plant for some of the veggies.
Thank you for your suggestion of the Milky spore. I think I'll try this next after Cheryl's recipe.
I will keep you all informed as to the results.
