Vegetables Gardening - Growing Organic Vegetables

I too am doing the Gerson diet and it does require an inordinate amount of greens and produce. I dehydrate as well as can and freeze extra produce. All other extra goes to any neighbor who has no garden. I am sure a food bank or food pantry would be thrilled for extra fresh produce.
