[Organic_Gardening] Pepper question and wolf spider tidbit
Hi group,
I have a pepper question. I'm growing sweet banana peppers and also bell peppers and for once the plants are thriving beautifully....BUT (there is always a but, isn't there), I'm wondering why some of my peppers, not all, are funky-komadina on the bottom. It's like something has retarded the growth of the pepper, and one side, or usually the bottom is blackened. Any thoughts?
To Kacey,
.....we have mutant wolf spiders here and I routinely relocate them to the outside. I've had them on my hands while gardening, one dragging an egg sack, trying so hard to get away from me---never have been hurt by them. They are VERY beneficial and actually pretty cool to look at once you see them as an ally. I rescued one from certain death at our family reunion a couple of weeks ago and watched as my screaming nieces went from terror to fascination when I explained....hey, this guy just wants to live, just like you and I do. :-)
Thanks,
