[MittleiderMethodGardening] Family Garden Doctor Radio Show - Friday 9 P.M. Central
Group:
This week your Family Garden Doctor explores options for growing your own food in additional ways, but always looking to keep it simple, inexpensive, and doing it in a minimum amount of space.
And we will expand the scope of our discussion to include raising small animals to supplement the vegetable garden, for those who want or need milk, eggs, and a little meat.
Did you ever hear of a chicken tractor? How about a movable rabbit hutch? Just a small back yard will suffice. And instead of raising goats, why not own a tiny cow that is gentle, friendly, and gives lots of milk, but requires 1/3rd the space of a regular cow.
And not to ignore the garden, we'll discuss cold frames and hot beds for starting and growing seedlings.
Don't miss it! Call 347-326-9604 and dial 1 to participate, or go to:
