[MittleiderMethodGardening] What to do with excess produce
Blair,
I process the tomatoes and foods for storage either through canning or low temp dehydration. Also I am easily able to find people who are not making it financially and they so welcome the extra produce.
I haven't had an excess yet.
I am doing the Gerson diet right now so it requires massive amounts of greens and carrots.
