I have always house the guinea with the chickens. In fact, I use chicken hens to hatch guinea eggs (when I find the nests!). That way I have a much better survival rate of the keets. Usually the adult guineas will roost in the coop with the chickens, tho they do roam much farther than chickens do. They do a terrific job on all creepy critters--especially wood ticks
