We have had a couple of Guineas with our chickens for years. A couple of years ago all the chickens died and we got a few ducks. Our one surviving Guineas and the ducks are the best of friends.
I will say that Guineas are tough on tomatoes in the garden. Anything low enough to be pecked will be if it is red. The ducks don't bother anything except the bugs.
