I had the same thing here,
My problem was too acid. (actually I would suggest it was lack of calcium (lime). Acidity was secondary - JK) Had to add lime

My Tomatoes when ripened have a brown spot on the bottom and are ruined. We think it is too much Calcium. Do you have any input for this problem. Thanks Amy (too LITTLE calcium - and possibly also too little water - JK)
