We have problems with the weekly feeding formula absorbing moisture and hardening into cement-like clumps. Can the mixture be diluted with water and applied as a liquid weekly? This would save us the struggle of trying to break it up every week.

Yes it can.

A better long-term solution would be to mix perlite with the Weekly Feed. Use 1# of Perlite with 60# of WF.

An even better solution would be to change your magnesium source from Epsom Salt (10% mg) to something that does NOT have 7 parts water to 1 part magnesium. However, this usually requires that you buy your magnesium from a farm supply or co-op store, and you'd likely have to buy it 50# at a time. I use magnesium sucrate (36% mg)when I can get it. There are other compounds also available, depending on where you live.
