Re: [Organic_Gardening] Kale

I just moved to Phoenix is that a good area to grow Kale? If so what type is the
best for the warm weather here or I guess what season is best for growing it
here?

Ys, I have grown several kinds of kale. I live in southern Ohio.
For me it has been very productive and easy to grow in a sunny spot.
This was called Russian Kale.
I could actually pick some every day from 3 large plants.
Starting some Dwarf Siberian Kale (from Baker Creek) now to plant out
in late March.
Perhaps will plant some onions alongside.
All greens have been easy for me to grow in this area, so you should
not have any trouble at all.
