Hi Sheila,
I too think this is a very good idea, however, you say you had 100 baggies with 25 pounds. I used 25 pounds of 13-13-13 also, but I came out with 50 baggies. One cup was equal to 8 ounces. (25 Pounds = 400 Ounces and 400 ounces = 50 cups or baggies) To that I added two rounded tablespoons (2 tbs + 1/2 tspoon) of the magnesium sulfate per bag. Each of my baggies weigh about 10 ounces. Did you use 50 pounds of fertilizer maybe?
This is going to work out nice as each of my rows will be 10 feet long. Thanks for the idea.
