Vegetables Gardening - Growing Organic Vegetables

I like transplant type planting, so I pre sprout often, or
soak seed for 24 hours. If longer, toilet tissue or paper
towel in a baggie with seeds on or between a layer.
Some warmth. Sun and a baggie can get too hot sometimes.

Roma is the traditional tom for sauce.
Little juice. Cooks down fast. Others work.

Yellow/low acid types want to get acid & the higher temps
of a pressure cooker to be safe to can.
