[Organic_Gardening] Raised beds
Hi everyone
I'm wondering if I could get some ideas on what materials I could use to construct some raised beds for my vegie patch. We do have a place that sells pine sleepers just up the road which I may end up using, but I don't like the idea of that because they are treated with chemicals (for white ants) which I heard do leach into the soil, even though I'm thinking of lining the sides of these beds with plastic (not the bottom) to prevent any water from leaking out the sides. Ease of construction would be a consideration as it's just little old me, cheap would be good also, re-using/recycling would be fantastic. Absolutely ANY ideas would be appreciated.
