I have had the following Mittleider's books
More Food From Your Garden
The Garden Doctor 1-3
for years and always felt intimidated by the element to be added, and I was wanting to do things organically, and thought this was NOT organic.
How excited I am to read here about this being organic..to understand this concept better, and to find the Micro-nutrients available in a pre-mixed form! I'm ready to go!;-)
Just have three questions:
1)I live in the Napa/Sonoma Valley area of California..
2)Where should I start as far as the books available? I am not sure which one(s) would be the best for a backyard gardener to begin with. I would love the opinions of all of you out "there"! Also, anything else that you would recommend??? (The Mittleider Gardening Course is my choice - JK)
3) Is "More Food From Your Garden" out of print? Or has it been republished under another name? I want to be sure not to duplicate it when I purchase a book, as somehow I ended up with two of those! :D (Out of Print at the moment, sorry - JK)
4) Are the premixed micronutrients available anywhere close by...or only by mail? (Only by mail, unless you live in Utah/Idaho, then at Steve Regan Company - JK)
