Vegetables Gardening - Growing Organic Vegetables

Here is my labor intensive solution.
I hate using insecticide so my husband and I realized, a few years ago,
that snails and slugs were eating the First Lady marigolds in my circular
drive way. So, one night, we both went out with flashlights and long handled
tweezers and you cannot imagine what we found. Tons of snails and slugs.
For the next month, we did this nightly and also went into our neighbor's
yard and picked up their snails and slugs. We kept count. Over 1,000
snails and slugs. It is now about three years later and I never see any snails
or slugs. It is amazing.
