[MittleiderMethodGardening] re:Colloidal silver

When my dog was spayed she developed an infection in one of her stitches.
The vet tried every antibiotic she had available to no avail. She gave us a
prescription for the strongest antibiotic available which didn't help
either.

In desperation I made a batch of colloidal silver from a unit which a friend
had given me. I soaked a gauze pad in it and applied it to the infected
area. Keeping a moist gauze pad on her for a week resulted in the infection
clearing up beautifully.

The vet told us later her fear was that the infection was MRSA, the skin
eating bacteria. Whatever it was the colloidal silver worked when nothing
else did.
