Vegetables Gardening - Growing Organic Vegetables

I guess my concern with these prepackaged storage seeds is that I know
what grows around my climate and what my family will eat. Those are the
varieties I want to store. However, no seed company makes a package like
I want. Any ideas on this area? mvseeds.com doesn't even list what they
have in their cans.

These are mostly Great old Standards - highly respected and universally used varieties that gardeners use everywhere! Our personal experience bears this out - these seeds will grow most anywhere. I have used them in the tropics and at 42 degrees North Latitude, and many places in between, all with success.
