RE: [MittleiderMethodGardening] Storage Wheat - Unless you have gluten intolerance

If I understood correctly there was a question requesting a comment about
gluten intolerance. Here is some info:

A lot of people are substituting rice or rice flour.

Regarding the gluten intolerance:

There is some question if the thermisol (mercury) or other ingredients used
in vaccines are causing intolerance or allergies. Those getting autism at an
early age but showing no signs of being born with it are being treated for
immune problems (i.e. immunoglobulins etc.) and responding well. In the
research I've read it seems the reaction is not only immune based but also
affects the digestive system. Some of these individuals intestines are
swelling.

Some oils, such as peanut, are being used in the processing somehow of some
vaccines and therefore is injected into the body via the vaccine possibly
causing a rise of peanut allergies.

There seems to be a rise of autism, peanut allergies and gluten intolerances
since around the 30s.

The concern is that these vaccines are being given without thorough testing,
too soon (in the first year of life when the digestive and immune systems
are still immature and therefore without the proper flora present), too many
(was about 10 and around 1989 increased to about 24), and all at the same
time (many are being combined for convenience).

When I was growing up there were no peanut or soy allergies, gluten
intolerance, or autism of any of my friends or family. Now I meet people
regularly with one of these problems.

Here is a case where an autistic girl found a way to type and told what she
has been experiencing:

Another factor to consider is that there is new information regarding
epigenetics showing that the choices we make do indeed affect our children
and grandchildren. The impact to "the 3rd and 4th generation" may be more
than we realize. It can be seen in genes of the grandchild when a
grandparent lived during a famine even if they are currently living in a
time of plenty.

In light of these evidences it can show wisdom again in eating as close to
the land as possible and with your own gardens.

It may be some time before any clear results of the gmo impact will be
experienced as in the vaccine controversy.

This too has not been thoroughly tested.

What is a good way to store wheat other than to vacuum seal it?
