Led grow lights are not very effective for real growing. They are also really expensive for what you are getting. If you want to supplement your lighting, you might want to use a 600 watt full spectrum bulb for your lighting. Then depending on your space for growing, you can either go horizontal or vertical with your bulb or bulbs. With the bulb or bulbs then you should consider your shade. Again either horizontal or a parabolic shade. For now I would stay away from LED lighting unless you have way too much money.
