we bought an excalibur last spring and are extremely happy with it - we got
the nine tray and glad we did cause when you start cutting up and spreading
out, you need the space.
we had one like the one that harbor freight sells - and we were not happy
with it at all
in my opinion, if you are going to use it alot to put up alot of food to
store over the years, the excalibur is the way to go. in the long run, it
will pay for itself.
