I completely agree. I just dried nearly a bushel of sweet corn, and it
was good I had a hard time keeping from nibbling the dried bits as I
took them out of the drier. Also pressure-cooked a ton of brown rice and
spelt, and dehydrated most of it for quick meals later. I have an
Excalibur, too, and it is worth every penny.
