[Organic_Gardening] Re: Buy seed from?
Thank you! I did end up going with high mowing. Good to know about Johnny's and the files on the homepage for this group.
Have been having a hard time finding some reasonably priced organic seed starting soil though. Anyone ever use Dr. Earth? Is it really organic? I saw high mowing had a seed starting soil from a Vermont soil company but it was so expensive! I called a few Agways in the area as well as some garden centers. No luck with anything except "Dr. Earth" which has peat moss in it.. didn't want to use this stuff since I think I remember hearing that it's a natural resource which is hard to replenish.
