[MittleiderMethodGardening] Toxic Acid Rain?
It appears, from the strange orange coloring in my rain gauge, that toxic rain (Corexit 9500 from BP oil spill in Gulf) has fallen on my property. We have received over 40 inches of rain since May so most of the crop damage I attributed to excess water and storm damage.
Now I am having second thoughts. Many of my plants are showing effects. I will add photos.
If what I am seeing is indeed from acid rain, it is probably in my soil, correct? What do I do? More moisture from the Gulf will only bring more toxicity, so what is my hope that any toxins will leach out of the soil?
