My dehydrator has 4 drying shelves. Each shelf has a plastic mesh sheet. Wash and dry zucchini. Do not peal. I sliced the zucchini the thickness of a dime and put the slices on the sheets in a single layer. Leave a little space between them for air to circulate. Basically, do not overlap. Check your dehydrator settings for veggies. Dry until brittle. They will mold if not sufficiently dry.
