[MittleiderMethodGardening] Dehydrate Zucchini
I dehydrate my extra zucchini...just slice thin and let air dry. I often place trays of veggies to dry inside my van in the summer. The dry heat in the vehicle does a super job and best of all---it's free! To use your dried zucchini, just stick in soups, etc, or eat like chips. Brenda
