Vegetables Gardening - Growing Organic Vegetables

As you will all know by now, Yahoo groups will by the 15^th December 2020 be no more and this is not a prank scan or joke. They really are shutting down for good. This is a fact. The reality is that many group owners just don't want to go through the hassle of changing group formats and that is okay too.

I am not going to bleat on what owners of their groups should do at all as this is a tough decision for any group owner to handle.

I would love to be included in any group I am on that are moving to a new platform such as Groups.IO. And I hope that I will be invited to join the new groups.

Yahoo groups has become unworkable for many folks since they axed the files, photos and digest capabilities from us not to mention the moderating capabilities that now allows scammers to enter undetected.

With the busier groups, it is painful getting hundreds of emails a day that most folks just do not have the time or energy to deal with. Groups.IO gives us digest back if that is what we wish for our in boxes.

It is going to be very sad to see so many awesome groups just simple go without a trace. I know so many people will be with me when I say that those groups will be sorely missed by so many

In the meantime though, I am extending an invitation to all folks to pop along to two very friendly groups so that you are not feeling alone when Yahoo does close its doors on us soon.

There is no pressure and you can always leave at any time. I can assure you that the folks are all very friendly and their is always good information and recipes being shared depending on the group you choose to join. Some really enjoy a good chat too

Prudent Living is more a homesteading/self reliance group that does share frugally based recipes at times. Delicious Low Budget Recipes is just that, with the odd more extravagant recipes thrown in for treats and special occasions.

So if you like just pop on over even if it is just for a chat with like minded people. They will make you feel welcome I am sure.
