Friends:One of our members asked me about land for sale near our Preparedness U in Kidder, Missouri, and I am happy to respond.
Kidder is a small community about 60 miles north of Kansas City, MO, and I believe it might just be a great spot for some of you to settle down, to get away from the mayhem that is happening in the big cities.
A few building lots (between 10 and 20, I believe). in size between 1/2 acre and 1 acre, are available for under $15,000 each. I believe they have all utilities in place, and are, in my opinion, a super bargain.
