[MittleiderMethodGardening] Eye bolts on T-frame
What kind of spacing should I have with the eye bolts on the T frame and exactly where should they be.
Are you building an 18" box or bed, or a 4' box?
An 18" box or bed does well with 2 X 4s screwed on end to the T-Frames and no wires are needed.
A 4' box ( with 6' tops) can also have 2 X 4s on the outsides. This gives the structure strength and stability, and wires are only needed 24" in from the outside edges.
If you will be creating an in-the-garden greenhouse you definitely want the 2 X 4s on the outsides of your T-Frame tops. However, you will NOT want to string your plants up to the 2 X 4s on the sides, because they - and the plants - will be in the way of the plastic.
In this situation I would put the wires (and eyebolts) 2" in from the 2 X 4s, and 22" in from that, on both sides.
