[MittleiderMethodGardening] Building a greenhouse

Here is another exchange I believe will benefit everyone who is considering building a greenhouse:
jim i want to build a greenhouse like yours here in central Ut. would I orient it north south or east west or does it matter?
Terry: The greenhouse CAN be built in any directions, but I like the long direction going North and South, so that short plants, which are grown near the edges of the GH all get some direct sunlight - those on the East receiving morning sun, and those on the West getting the afternoon sun. Of course the tall plants are grown in the center of the GH where it is taller, and get the sunlight all day long.
