What does E. O. mean in the 6 basic steps outline?

E O refers to a highly effective way of eliminating weeds, and it simply means Early Often.
If you will use the 2-way hoe as soon as any weeds poke their heads above-ground you can eliminate them quickly and easily. Doing this a few times in the spring usually makes the garden weed-free for the rest of the year.
