Thank you Dan for your help. I appreciate the advise from all who came to my rescue. I was without the benefit of a scale so I measured the best I could. It's difficult when you want a 16 oz. measuring cup to always be a pound... It's not and that is where I was running into trouble and had to rely on my lagging math skills (ug!) |
